Code Origin is a software-development practice specializing in AI-native systems. These terms govern your use of codeorigin.io and any informational forms or downloadable assets on it.
2. Marketing site, not an engagement
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, contract, or commitment to deliver services. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Acceptable use
You may not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, (b) submit malicious or fraudulent form data, or (c) scrape the site to train models without our prior written consent.
4. Content ownership
All copy, code, diagrams, and visualizations on this site are © Code Origin unless explicitly attributed. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Republishing or rewriting substantial portions requires written permission.
5. Downloads
Resources we provide (such as the RAG checklist) are licensed for internal team use within your organization. You may not redistribute, resell, or relabel them. Attribution back to codeorigin.io is appreciated but not required.
6. Third-party links
We link to external resources we find useful. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party site or service.
7. Warranty and liability
The site is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Origin's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to USD 100.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
