Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you submit the contact form or lead-magnet form, we receive your name, work email, company name (optional), and the message body. When you load the site, our infrastructure receives standard request headers (IP, user agent, referer). If our analytics scripts are enabled (Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible), they collect anonymized usage data — page views, scroll depth, button clicks, and aggregated session duration.
2. Why we collect it
Contact information is used solely to reply to your inquiry, send the asset you requested, or qualify a sales conversation. Analytics data is used to improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Subprocessors
We use Resend for transactional email and lead-list management, Vercel for hosting, and (when enabled) Google Analytics 4 and Plausible Analytics. Each operates under its own privacy policy and standard data processing agreements (DPAs) are available on request.
4. Cookies
We set a single first-party cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language preference. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets _ga* cookies; Plausible is cookieless by design.
5. Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@codeorigin.io. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or Brazil and we cannot resolve a concern, you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
6. Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months after our last correspondence, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and retained per the provider's defaults (14 months for GA4).
